18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement

NovaCamX Online ("the Site") does not produce, host, upload, transmit, store, or create any visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 or 28 C.F.R. § 75.

All images, thumbnails, live-stream references, and links displayed on the Site are provided by Chaturbate.com, an independent third-party platform, and are made available through Chaturbate's public affiliate program. The Site acts solely as an index, aggregator, and referral service. When a visitor clicks through, they are redirected to Chaturbate, which is where the underlying content is served.

Accordingly, and pursuant to 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c)(4), the Site qualifies as a service that transmits or routes, or provides connections for, communications between users — and does not itself select, alter, or create the content. The Site therefore has no obligation to maintain records under 18 U.S.C. § 2257.

Age verification of performers

Chaturbate certifies that all performers on its platform are at least 18 years of age at the time of production. The Site relies on those certifications.
