Privacy Policy

This policy describes what data NovaCamX Online ("we", "us") processes when you visit https://novacamx.online. We collect the minimum required to run the site and comply with the law.

1. What we collect

• Server logs. Our web server records your IP address, the URL you requested, the timestamp, the HTTP status code, your browser's User-Agent, and the referring URL. Logs are used for security, debugging, and abuse response, and are rotated on a rolling 30-day basis.
• Cookies (functional only). We set exactly one cookie: agegate=1, valid for 90 days. It records that you confirmed you are 18 or older. No advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies are set by us.
• Nothing else. We do not run Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or comparable trackers. We do not collect account information — the Site has no user accounts.

2. What we do not collect

We do not collect names, email addresses, payment details, precise location, contacts, or any biometric or health data.

3. Third parties

• Chaturbate. When you click a broadcaster card, you are redirected to Chaturbate. Their privacy policy applies from that point. Our affiliate tag is included in the redirect URL so Chaturbate can attribute the referral.
• Broadcaster thumbnails. Images displayed on the Site are hotlinked from Chaturbate's CDN. Loading an image causes your browser to connect directly to Chaturbate.
• CDN / hosting. Our hosting provider processes your IP and request metadata as part of delivering pages.

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

Server logs and the age-gate cookie are processed on the basis of legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): operating the Site, preventing abuse, and complying with our obligation to restrict adult content to adults. The age cookie is a strictly necessary cookie under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive and does not require prior consent.

5. Retention

Server logs: up to 30 days. Age-gate cookie: 90 days on your device. We do not maintain any long-term profile of visitors.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR / UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Under CCPA / CPRA (California) you have the right to know what we collect and to request deletion. To exercise any right, email [email protected]. Because we do not maintain identifiable profiles, most rights amount to "confirm we hold no data on you beyond rotating logs" — we will respond within 30 days regardless.

7. International transfers

Our servers may be located outside your country. Where applicable transfers occur, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses with our providers.

8. Children

The Site is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly process data of minors. See the § 2257 statement and the age gate.

9. Changes

Material changes to this policy are announced on this page with an updated date at the bottom.
