DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy

NovaCamX Online respects intellectual property rights. This policy describes how to submit a claim of copyright infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and analogous laws in other jurisdictions.

What we display

The Site aggregates publicly available data from Chaturbate's affiliate feed: usernames, thumbnails, tags, viewer counts, and profile metadata. We do not host video, do not re-encode content, and do not extract material from behind any access control. All thumbnails are served from Chaturbate's own CDN via hotlinked URLs.

Filing a DMCA notice

If you believe your copyrighted work appears on the Site in a way that infringes your rights, send a written notice to [email protected] containing all of the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
3. The exact URL(s) on https://novacamx.online where the material is located. General references (e.g. "your homepage") are insufficient.
4. Your contact information: full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

What we do on receipt

Complete notices are acted on within 72 hours of receipt: the referenced URL is removed from the Site and its username is added to an exclusion list so future crawls will not resurface it. Because thumbnails are hotlinked, removal on our side has no effect on Chaturbate's own storage — for that, contact Chaturbate directly.

Counter-notices

If material of yours has been removed as a result of a notice you believe was mistaken or misidentified, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address. It must include the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3), including your consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable Federal District Court.

Repeat infringers & misuse

We terminate the accounts of parties determined to be repeat infringers. We also refer notices that are filed in bad faith or contain material misrepresentations to the appropriate authorities under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

Performer opt-out (non-DMCA)

If you are a broadcaster whose profile appears on the Site and you would like it removed, whether or not you have a copyright claim, email [email protected] from the address associated with your Chaturbate account, or include your Chaturbate username and a brief verification detail. We will remove the profile within 72 hours and blacklist it from future crawls.
