These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NovaCamX Online (the "Site"). By entering the Site — including by clicking the "I am 18+" confirmation — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Age & jurisdiction

You represent and warrant that (a) you are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater; (b) viewing sexually explicit material is legal where you live; and (c) you enter the Site voluntarily and knowing it displays adult content.

2. Nature of the Site

The Site is an affiliate index of broadcasters on Chaturbate.com. We do not host, produce, or transmit video content. Clicking a broadcaster card redirects you to Chaturbate, where the Chaturbate Terms of Service govern.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Access the Site through automated means beyond ordinary crawlers respecting robots.txt.
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features.
• Scrape, republish, or resell data from the Site in bulk.
• Use the Site to harass, dox, or otherwise harm a broadcaster.
• Use the Site for anything unlawful in your jurisdiction.

4. Intellectual property

The layout, code, ranking algorithm, and editorial text of the Site are the property of the operator. Broadcaster thumbnails, tags, and metadata belong to Chaturbate and/or the individual broadcasters. Any use beyond ordinary personal browsing requires written permission.

5. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". Data is refreshed periodically from Chaturbate's public affiliate API and may be inaccurate, delayed, or out of date. We make no warranties about availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for the conduct or content of any broadcaster or of Chaturbate itself.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site. Our total liability, in aggregate, will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator against any claims arising from your violation of these Terms or of applicable law.

8. Termination

We may block your access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you are violating these Terms or applicable law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
